Names like these are usually considered typo unless there is a business operating on such names.
Here in our case, I see the name being used in .ru extension and and other businesses as well.
Looks like there's a door lock product as well.
Now, if I were in your place, I would try to park it first and then approach these people with possible opportunities to close a sale depending on the price they might be willing to pay.
Since its a .NET, it might be xxx or they may not be interested at all.
