Next Type of Site?

I was wondering what you guys thought would be the best type of site to open up next. Please vote

And please don't say "You pick" because I am stuck between a few different options, and I like them all equally. I just want to find out what kind to start first

Niche in graphic site

You could build some very decent traffic if your site develops some backlinks for very specific keywords phrases about some software. Make different pages on the site with unique titles, description etc. All related to the same piece of software.
