This outfit is a complete joke and cost my client a sale with their incompetence.
Their site is: http://www.nextdomainbrokers.com
They contacted my seller directly with an offer on his name. He responded but was quickly tired of the long wait time and seemingly auto generated responses. On the 16th of June I took over the negotiation on the domain name and again it took days for the broker to respond. Again seemingly an auto response that completely ignored the content of my email.
Finally after much going back and forth they offered 20% more than their initial offer and we accepted. Two weeks passed with no response. Then finally the broker contacted us again. He had been "away" and apologized for the 2 week wait (could be true since my mails were not read, I mail track, and calls to their listed number went unanswered). Apparently his buyer had also been turned off by the long waiting time and now had second thoughts and wanted a lower price than he offered and we accepted. We rejected this and asked the Next Domainbrooker broker to provide his client discount from his fee since it was his delay in responses that caused the deal to fall through. No answer.
The broker in question calls himself Syed Firdhause. Though I think this is an alias since he spelled his last name in 3 different ways during the negotiation.
Dont waste your time on this Mickey Mouse outfit. In the end we spent time and calls that went to a ghost number with no living people to respond. The broker took weeks to respond and even read our responses, he went back on his word, he used auto responses in negotiation and the overall impression was that of someone that did not care, not for our or his buyers time.
If you need a real broker, then there are plenty of good alternatives.
