Afternic failed showcase sale! Warning

This guy made an offer that was accepted by me for Nee.com that was on Afternic showcase, obviously he received and accepted the sales agreement.

His two responses after five days of pm's from Afternic and myself were , "too busy to send the money" - " will send it tomorrow" subsequently did not respond to another 3/4 pm's from Afternic- 11 days later, he was given plenty of time ,he has now been banned from Afternic.

His Afternic user name I think was hill77 or similar, this is the guy:

By the way, what are afternic's forum selection and choice of law clauses that this buyer agreed to when he signed up to use their services? Does it cover buyer v. seller disputes?

Thanks for the info, he agreed to a standard binding " agree to buy " agreement.
