Newsletter/Email List Script - Suggestions?

Any suggestions on a newsletter/email script? Where users put in their email and I can blast them. (also support opting in/out, ability for me to just add emails, etc.)

Does anyone know of one they can recommend?

Well my hosting panel allows me to sell shoot out a mass email (add users to a mailing lists, seperate ones are available, and then send an email), and if you have something like that I can help you make a simple box that users put their email in and hit subscribe. Then their email can be added to the mailing list. Just ask if this would help you.
