2016 is off to a massive start for the startup ecosystem as a whopping $415,739,120 was raised by 95 new startup companies during the third week of the year. If every newly funded startups sets aside just 1% of their first round funding for a domain upgrade it will fuel a multi mullion dollar weekly influx in sales within our industry.

.Com remains the domain extenion of choice with more than 70% of startups launching with the king of TLD this week followed by the ccTLD with just under 14%.
