I registered a bunch of bitcoin domains a little over two years ago. I had plans on developing half and sell the other half. I don't have the time to develop any like i first planned. I am considering bundling all of them for sale on flippa.com

Any recommendations regarding the sale of these? Should I sell it off as a lot or try to sell one at a time?

I really like sellyourbitcoin.com

Me personally, I would list them all on Sedo and Godaddy auctions with make offer and sit on them awhile. Once Bitcoin explodes more possibly sell them as a Lot on Flippa.
