Pricing domains in USD/Bitcoin

If you're asking $2700 for your domain and a buyer offers 1 bitcoin instead... (1 btc is around $2700 currently)

Bitcoin prices could fall in half from here (or maybe could double in value).

Considering this risk, should there be a premium to the asking price when accepting in bitcoin?

It really depends if you are accepting Bitcoins as a convenience or an investment. I'd accept Bitcoin at the xe.com exchange rate, but I would keep them. If you are going to convert them into fiat, then you need to factor in exchange costs, and you need to consider price movement possibilities.
