Nice looking site. I would change the positions of the center blocks and put the mission statement and info on top. I was wondering what the site was about, and didn't figure it out until I scrolled down. If I was a random visitor, I might have left the site before scrolling down, since it is not clear right away what the site is about.

Its quite simple but looking nice .. Overall you have got evrything there so nothing to criticize and yes i agree with neo you must place your concept and mission somewhere t the top

Simple layout, would probably have ad's outside of the content boxes (kind crowds it a little and over 'Blues' it).

Basic Website Review score was 70.83% so not to bad there, but lots of room for improvement.

Changes have been made. Thanks for the suggestion. I also named all of the styles as opposed to 0001 etc.
