Welcome, Dave.
Both names are a hard sell; both have a little 'neat' factor, but they're in the gray area: not so darn neat that you look at them and go 'kooool', and not so clear in their suggested usage that you see the meaning right away and don't need the cool factor...
So, they're right there in the middle. You could let them sit around for sale, in the tv and financial areas of sales forums, but there are so many similar kinds of names, they will probably not get offers. The eternal hope is that someone trolling across them will love them and think they're ideal for a particular use, but that is extremely rare.
celebDaddy.com has so many variations possible that I doubt anyone would pay to own it, since other versions could still easily be invented at reg fee.
cashRise.com is short and snappy and has more possibility, IMO, since short, snappy money names seem to be in good demand. This one obviously infers profits/investing, so you might get some interest.
I'd appraise celebDaddy.com at low xx for now, unless you dev it into something interesting/entertaining.
cashRise.com has some obvious use and a little value, I'd say maybe med xx to reseller, and low to med xxx for end user if they like it. The wildcard is, it's a money name, and if some firm really likes it of course their first offer might be anywhere from 500 to 2500, you just never know. But don't wait around for that to happen, it's rare
But they're good starts, shows you're thinking about your names a lot, and you'll only get better at it. I've seen many worse names reg'd by more experienced domainers... including myself, ha.
