The .us has little point in existing. That alone is worth reg fee.

The .biz might do well, although .biz isn't such a popular extention. An article adjective in a domain (a, an, the) lowers value greatly. The length -- 3 words, 16 letters -- kills even more value. The .biz is worth no more than $15, IMO.
