Both 'clothes' and 'shop' are obviously great keywords. They make sense together, but don't have a high Ovt score. Both 'clothesshop.com' and 'clothesshop.net' are parked pages. I think an enduser would probably go to those two first and probably wouldn't have to pay more than low to mid $xxx for them.

I would say mid $xx for the strength of the keywords. :imho:
