Hey All, Just joined the site. Been awhile since I did the website review thing.

Well, my name is Scott, live in atlanta, webdesign is one of many avenues that I create in.

Here is my WIP - site. Please review.

http://www.ipcincorporated.com Its definitley only about a month old and is still needing lots of content, but theres enough there to get your hands wet.

Thanks
Skinns.

Wow, I like it the way it is at the moment. How about changing the color of the website's scrollbars (to match the ones under the Company News)? I would place a light border on the right side of the page. I would also place a contact form on the website rather than a link to the email address. Other than that, the website looks nice.

Scroll bars - Changed (why didn't think of that, sheesh)

Emai form - I know, what are some of the best ones (easiest) to use. I have unsuccessful attempts finding something that I can adapt to the site.

If you can't get the hang of forms, I would recommend implementing a remotely hosted one. Take a look here for a list of them.

I'm not sure I totally understand that comment. Meaning, I'm having problems finding a form to use, are they free, is it something Golive offers, are they scripts, I'm completely in the dark with it.

Will check out the site though thanks

I don't get it. All I was saying was that if you can't install the scripts yourself, you can use a remotely hosted script. Remotely hosted scripts are hosted on someone else's server and require you to place only a small chunk of code in the HTML page you want them to appear in. Just take a look at that website, you'll find some nice and free forms over there.

nice work ... the "Service" content can be in html though rather than a image.

thanks

I agree, just haven't decided how to build that table yet. The clients wanted to make those menus right about it to be active and change the content below when a mouse over operation happened, but I think there are looking away from that idea now

very nice site
maybe a nice blend from the "layout" to the background will be nice. and a mailform looks more professional then a link to your email adress, saw it mentioned above already!

altho, very nice site!:tu:

Textured was made from a rusted textured that I made from various moon pictures. Then I made a image that was the width of the background (336) and 1 pixel tall. Created a high noise filter on it then Scaled the nosie downward, which in return created the brushed concrete look.

Thanks!

Having trouble with this email form that folks have suggested. I usually can figure these types of suggestions out with the help resources of forums and sites, but I can't figure out if its a script or just a block of code, or what. Any help, would be...... um helpful.

Mr websites, sent me to the HOTSCRIPTS place but I must be just over looking the something..

Okay, go to www.form-mail.com (it has no ads), and sign-up for their free package. Once you've signed up, you have to adjust a few settings (enter the webpage the visitor will redirected to once he has made a submission, etc.) from the control panel. Once you've completed all the steps, you'll be given a small chunk of HTML code. This code can be placed on any page of your website, and where ever the code is placed is where the form will appear for your visitors to use. This is by far the easiest way of setting up an email form.
