It looks okay.

It gives the user the impression that they are browsing a site from the mid 1990's though. I recommend you check out some CSS and gradient images et cetera to spice your site up a bit.

Content is jumbled and is all...purple. It's just purple. Pretty much textbook definition of "ugly".

Outdated design that could use a modern twist to it. You've done enough wall paper pages that you should know what works and what doesn't by now. If this type of design does achieve what you're looking for, you're set.
To me, as a user, the site doesn't have the appeal to hang around and check anything out.
Indeed, the purple is a bit overwhelming, get that adjusted. What's nerving though is the Google ad, upon Google ad, followed by...a Google ad... (top, center, left)
Generally, it strikes me as a generic site that has been thrown together relatively quickly.
