A new site for review.

waiting on a new intro/welcome so leave the homepage for later.

Also the logo is the second i have ever done so take it easy ( )

Detailed Analysis

You have a great domain, and your site has a strong base to build upon. Your categories and organisation of the site is wonderful. It is easy to navigate and not much gets in the way of your clean design.

Starting at the top, you have a lot of space in the middle of the header to fill. Maybe a short motto or slogan would go well there. On the right, there's no need for the 'Quick Search' text. Your menu is good, but again, there is space on the right to fill. Maybe enlarge the menu links? At first, I couldn't see your menu because it seems hidden away. Consider making it a bit more obvious.

I feel that there are too many Google Ads on your website. On your Articles page, you have four different units. Although they blend and suit well, your visitors might mistake advertisements for your links. You might be generating revenue, but I believe your content is much better quality and you should keep the visitors here for longer. On the main page, your large square advertisement on the left never appears, maybe because lack of content? For the main page, I would remove that square advertisement and move the menu up.

Your introduction content is good, but maybe a bit too much? I would cut it down to 2 - 3 paragraphs then have different content underneath. In addition, add some images to spice it up. On your Glossary page, you need to fix up the typo 'Realted'.

Your database of articles needs to be expanded. Remember to fill them with content rich words to gather traffic from search engines. Most importantly, unique content! Remember to add a small copyright to prevent content theft.

On the 'Browse' pages of each state, add a feature where they can be ranked in different orders apart from alphabetical. Having it sort in highest ranking would be useful.
