It's a nice-looking site. If it were mine, I would put a little color in the logo and maybe some content or graphic on the upper right. All-in-all, it flows well, is clean & easy to focus and navigate.

What is the site about? I mean where is the introduction?
What are you using at the site?
Header needs working and also the color scheme
"Please Respect My Work" should be changed to "Please respect my work" imo

I agree, it's too grayish. Spice up the header, as said before. It seems kind of plain, IMO.

Other than that, keep it up!
