Hi. I'm new to domaining and wanted to know how does payment and transaction using Escrow takes place. How do we use escrow, make invoices and how do we transfer the ownership of the domain after the potential buyer has agreed to pay the quoted amount?

Many of us who have been at this a while are not using Escrow/com anymore because of the new verification rules for us and our buyers that are causing many buyers to back out of deals.

Some of us are now using different providers after using Escrow/com for our transactions for years.

The two we are using now, who do not require our buyers to upload personal docs just to buy a domain are Sedo escrow and Epik escrow.
