Hi y'all,

I understand that tweaking rules and terms and ways are necessary but if i want to reply to a posting like this:

and want to ask about the legitimacy of it and for proof i can't?

I just want to know if this new member is a real attorney and the purpose/way of"legally dispose of it in a equitable fashion"works....
just wondering...

No accusing here but it sounds to me like an easy way to get TM domains of the back of others and squat even more...well, if there are good intentions behind that thought, i still want to know about how he disposes...especially when offered xx to xxx by the OP??... (hey, if this is the real deal i will register a bunch of TM's in bulk for cheap and sell it to the OP....=profit!!) lol

I don't have any TM domains so it's irrelevant.

I think you just ignore the post - I don't want to get into what is an equitable way of disposing of domains that involves making it worthwhile spending any dollars.

Solution is to ask via PM and notify a mod if you have ethical/legal concerns, imho.

But still, it strikes me as odd that someone would pay xx-xxx for TM names with no other intention then profit off that name, especially when there is a "free lunch" way to dispose off, call your registrar and delete the name....besides that, if someone acts/pretends to be a lawyer he better proof it!! lol
