The new gTLD .Bet went live into general availability (GA) yesterday where domain names could be registered on a 1st come, 1st served basis and ended the day with13,779registrations.
There were just a couple of hundred of registrations during sunrise so over 13,500 registrations were made on the 1st day of GA.
The new gTLD is owned by Afilias and is priced around $11.99 at Godaddy for a registration although there are domain names that have a premium registration and renewal fee.
