Ok, I have a couple questions for all the experts who may be willing to pass on some information and ofcourse, advice.

Firstly, unsure exactly what the costs are to start your own gltd extension including running costs but some accurate assessment would be great.

Also, would an extension consisting of 7 words be regarded as too long and would supreme key words such as TRAVEL, SEX, CARS, INVEST ect ect have value with any viable gltd.

I'm fairly certain the absolute best keywords will have value in most extensions without ridiculous regfees which are brought out.

Not exactly sure what you mean by 7 word extension -- did you mean 7 letters?

sex.ThisIsAnExampleSevenWordExtension won't have any value I'm afraid. The exact costs are still being discussed I believe. It looks like it will be $185,000 to apply and then some annual cost to ICANN which I believe is still being discussed. Then of course there are all your expenses to run the extension.

Hi zambian,

It's likely too long in my opinion (hard to really say how this is all going to play out and we're all uncertain of that). It would be best to choose something shorter if at all possible.
