Highest value keywords for (keyword).ext names?

So I specialize in getting premium keyword ccTLDs and am always on the lookout for the top keywords to come available in even lower end extensions like .sh and .io. I think the top 3 words to give domains value have got to be Sex, Casino, and Travel. Sex is pretty much the undisputed #1, but Casino.ext names have sold for mid+ $x,xxx even in the lower-end extensions, and Travel...well, it's at the least the hardest keyword to get a name for besides sex and casino, and IMO it's worth more than the other tourism related names, hotel and hotels. Other words like Poker, Music, Blog, Game(s), Ringtones, Jobs, Porn, XXX, etc. are certainly among the top words of an extension, while rarer ones like web, any of the gTLDs as a name (com, net, org, etc), and www are harder to grasp the value of as they're rarely available in an extension, and the same goes for 1-char and solid 2-letter names.

What do you all think would also be among these keywords, or perhaps of what I listed, what's the best in your opinion?

In fact, I know a better way to ask this. If YOU had first crack at .eu to where you could get anything you wanted, but you could only pick 20 names, which 20 would you pick? Assuming they don't release Web.eu, I would probably do: (in order of what I think sells for the most)

Another few just came to mind... Hosting, domain(s), and health insurance also generate a relatively high payout.

Note that I don't have the plural near the singular on some occasions on my top 20 or when mentioning power keywords because the plural is readily available in extensions (like blogs), or the singular (ringtone). Some more besides my top 20 (some of which were mentioned by others): Domain(s), Host, Hosting, Webhosting, Online, Internet, Mortgage, Credit, Buy, Adult, Porno, DVD, Website, SMS, Beauty, Free, New, Hot, Shop, Shopping, Whois, Money, Job (note that Jobs is a way better keyword from what I've seen, oddly enough), Home(s), CreditCard(s) (generally has a few extensions available though), Mobile, Food, etc. There's surely a lot more but the main list I check is at home and I know I'm forgetting some.
