New .com registrations are currently only $5.99 at Moniker. No coupon required. There doesn't appear to be any limit to the number of domains that can be registered. I just discovered this by visiting their site. Valid until 21st Sep.
$5.99 rate applies to first year of new .com registrations only. Not valid on renewals or transfers (I tried but sadly these are still $9.59 for me).
