Hello,

Over the past few weeks, I've been developing my own GPT tool designed to provide automated domain name valuations and insights into a domain's fundamentals.

What sets this GPT apart from other valuation tools is its detailed analysis. Instead of just spitting out figures, it explains the positives and negatives of a domain. This means that:

  • For new investors: It can teach you what to look for when developing your intuition and understanding of what fundamentally makes a good domain versus a bad one.
  • For seasoned investors: It helps reinforce ideas, saves time in gathering fundamentals, catches possible errors, and more.
As with all automated tools, it's not 100% accurate—or anywhere near it—but I believe it does provide value to all investors.

Feel free to share with it any Keyword Data you have, and it will include that into your valuation.

Feeback is appreciated and I will be continuing to work on it every week to improve it as much as possible. Thank you!

Help… I couldn’t find where to leave a great review! Looking forward to where it may go! All the best. Good job!

Working on it for only a couple of weeks??? 😳👍

I used it for the past few days to see if a domain is worth registering. One limitation I noticed is that I would say something like "give me 10 names with the following format that has a valuation score of 7.0 or higher with the prefix ai" for example, and it would give me 10 domains. If I then put the domain back for re-evaluation by the GPT, it'll give me a score of 7.0+. No big deal, right? Then, if I start a new chat, and I search the domain name for an appraisal, it'll give me a ridiculously low score like 3.5 or something. Tried this a few times.

Yeah, unfortunately this is a limitation

Not sure if it's because lack of data with some names or testing algo or something but sometimes the evaluations have comparable/comparative sales, sometimes they don't. That is something I would have with every evaluation if possible. Thanks.

A brief update! I've been continuing work on this AI Valuation tool over the last months. Trying to build it in it's only web application. Made some progress but still a long way to go. Will keep you guys posted!

Ok new update! Still working on the independent application. Hoping to have a working beta by summer. Will be looking for a small group of very experienced investors to put her through her paces. Dm if interested
