I have noticed many times when submitting a domain name for appraisal by myself, and many others, that many times we never even get a response. I realize that members are being "kind" by not responding, rather than give negative feedback.

I also realize this is not an easy program to run, and that RJ, and others have invested much time in establishing rules, and so forth.

I am wondering if maybe we couldn't establish a system sort of like the polls we can add to a thread here. Something with a rating from a "0", for the poorest rated domain, to a "20", for the best rated domains. An example could be:

20- $xxx,xxx+
19- High $xx,xxx
18,-Low $xx,xxx
17
16?
15?
14?
13? (? To be determined)
12?
11?
10?
9?
8?
7?
6?
5?
4$XX
3$X-XX
2$X
1$Reg fee
0- $0
I would like to know what members think. Would something like this work? Or just leave it alone?
I think this may help get more appraisals, since members could just pick a number, and not have to leave comments. Maybe members could choose to be anonymous. It sure would beat checking your appraisal request and seeing
40 views, 0 responses. IMHO
Thanks for any input. If it's just me, and people like how the appraisal system currently works, then I will keep my mouth shut. I just hope I don't get 50 views, "0" responses fro this thread!!! :yell:

knarfmusik this will solve problems for many people who are asking for appraisals, i think it is a good idea! atleast people wont hesitate to clcik a few buttons than type it out.

You should make the title more appropiate for people to read this and appreciate it more ;)
