How to report a personal data breach?
I am from Europe and my personal info (first name last name, address, email, phone etc ) on the WHOIS.
Registrar is NetworkSolutions.com

How'd you manage that? I'm originally from EU, too, been trying to disable NetSol's default privacy, but no such luck!

Seriously now: are you showing an excerpt from NetSol's email to you, or a screenshot of a public WHOIS?

I mean "SPAM" from "web developers". NetSol just disabled GDPR for my account and trying to sell me "private registration" services. ​
