ah.... Click on the domain, go to manage... and on the bottom click Turn Private Registration Off.

Instead of coming here to complain would be simpler to take a better look OR contact their online chat support.

Looks like you forgot to uncheck the 1.99 private registration on a name.
I think your locked in for the year. $24 for private is why they keep running this promo.
