Network Solutions Reseller Auth Codes

Every domain I own with a NetSol Reseller is managed by the Network Solutions Control Panel. When I request an Auth Code for any of these domains, after waiting 3 days for the code, all I get is a blank code. Does anyone know how to get the Auth Codes for domains with NetSol Resellers which are using the NetSol Control Panel?

Based on earlier register.com (another web.com-owned business) experience ("Your request has been processed and at this time it has been declined due to recent suspicious activity in your account...") with domains purchased on Snapnames, I'd guess that obtaining authcodes is almost impossible at Netsol.
Just requested authcode for the 1st "catch" Snapnames delivered to our netsol account in mid-April.
It will be surprising if I receive correct not blank code in 3 days as they promise.
In any case, being snapnames customer for 10+ years we already dealt with all sorts of obscure registrars, and we are ready to routinely try the following options 1-by-1:

- netsol support
- snapnames support
- ICANN
- Better Business Bureau (VA)
- The Consumer Protection Section of the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia where netsol is based

Not sure about 3 last options, should those be used and in what order, since earlier snapnames was able to assist with domain unlocking / authcode retreival for all obscure registrars they deal with. Now, as snapnames is also web.com company as of April, only time will tell if they are ready or willing to assist

Thanks for the detailed response, tony. OK. The first time I requested these Auth Codes, my account was locked because I corrected my name. The account has been subsequently unlocked. I have requested the Auth Codes again, and am still in the 3 day wait period. Lets hope this is history repeating itself and I get these Auth Codes this time around. It would solve a lot of headaches, if it is that easy. But in my experience, nothing is that easy at NetSol :(

Also, I am currently waiting for replies to tickets at NetSol, SnapNames, and Moniker. Why Moniker? Because some of these domains were dumped from Moniker Resellers at Moniker to NetSol Resellers at NetSol. And these Moniker Resellers don't even have any website, whois server, or contact info. So I looked them up in the whois, and found out they were owned by Moniker.

If I don't get anywhere with the new requested authcodes, or my support tickets at NetSol, SnapNames, and Moniker, my next course of action is going to be an ICANN complaint, which was suggested by my current Registrar. Then I'll move onto your next 2 suggestions, for which I thank you.

OK. The response from NetSol was to ask again for my account number, the domains, and the detailed explanation. All of which they had from my last ticket. So I've responded with these and told them if it isn't resolved with their next reply, then I'm raising an ICANN complaint. Now yet another long wait over the weekend for a reply.

OK. My last lot of Auth Code requests came back as all blank codes again. So the noose is slowly tightening around the ICANN complaint option. By the time I get my final warning support ticket answered at NetSol, I should have heard back from SnapNames and Moniker, if they even bother to reply. So this coming week is likely to see me raising my first ICANN complaint about this inability to provide me with these Auth Codes.

Has anyone ever successfully obtained these Auth Codes for domains registered at NetSol Resellers which use the NetSol Control Panel? And if so. How did you manage to get them?

What a mess...I am facing the same problem right now. Have you tried calling them? I'm outside the US so I'm waiting for them to reply to my support ticket before I have to waste money on an international call.

I'm also outside the US. Based upon another post in another thread, all you will get when you try calling them is a diatribe about renewing your domains with them and NO help with your actual problem about getting the Auth Codes you need. I'm going to save myself from that expense and frustration.

OK. My threat to make an ICANN complaint at least invoked a response to refer my complaint to another department and for me to expect a response in the next couple of days. I'm not holding my breath though.

Thanks for the information. I'm still waiting on their reply to my support ticket, but now I know what to expect >:(

Netsol is a mess and support is always behind issues. You can talk to different support members for the same issue and they will all tell you a different story. I had issues transferring snapnames caught domains within network solutions accounts. I spoke with support several times and they never understood the difference between a transfer within network solutions accounts vs an external transfer. Now I am waiting for the 60 days to pass to simply transfer elsewhere so I hope this authorization code issue is fixed by then...

i have a similar problem only my domains aren't showing up in netsol, only moniker yet are with snapnames owned registrars. anyways, most give invalid auth codes but the odd one gives me what looks like real authcodes that are accepted. i've got one i'm trying to transfer now but will have to wait 6 days to see if it works. even still, the majority of authcodes don't work and the morons at moniker can't understand why.

Whoo Hoo! I received in the mail today an email with all the Auth Codes to every NetSol Reseller domain in my NetSol Control Panel, including for all the domains that Moniker dumped into NetSol. 35 domains in total. The email doesn't looks like it came from support... No "I'm sorry for the delay" and no support ticket number quoted. So threatening them with an ICANN complaint seems to have got there attention. And worked. Now I'm off to see if they work :(

All the transfers were initiated for all domains over 60 days old. Hallelujah!

Great news stub! I just contacted them over Twitter (@netsolcares) and got a quick reply. Let's see if they can help me.
I think Netsol is the only registrar that takes three days to respond to an auth code request...

Don't Register.com take 5 days?

Don't know really, but every other registrar I've worked with sends them almost instantly. Even Moniker sent me the codes instantly these past days even through their messy system.

Networksolutions is a scam.
I have made an ICANN complaint before, but it doesn't works. Netsol cheat the ICANN and didn't sent me the auth code.
I won the domains in snapnames, but snapnames said it can't help me!
In fact, the snapnames is also the one of Networksolutions Scam
