advice Problems with receive auth codes at GoDaddy

I initiated to send auth code to email for my some .CO domains, but auth code not showing (no code).
Support said that there are no problems with receive auth codes, but still sent an empty code.

How to get a code?

Maybe it was a network connection problem. Simply try again. If it fails, then start a live chat with GD (include the screenshot).
