I am looking for appraisal of NetworkCapital . net When I backordered this 9 years old PR1 website, I thought that it will be good for online news site or directory. Somehow, I was the only one in the auction - Now when SN has deducted $99 from my account and I have found that it is a financial term (also it was an active website), I don't want to waste my money. please advice.

Compete Rank: #303,461 with 4,111 U.S. visitors per month (I am sure its not correct)

What does it say "Network Capital.. "? Well network fits a .net but what is correlation between network and capital? Low-mid XX resale, undeveloped.

"Network Capital" has 77,000 Google results. So clearly it is a well used name.

The more important fact is that your domain shows up as the first result of those 77,000 searches. So whoever owned the name before you has already done all the SEO work.
If I were you, i would really really try and capitalize on this SEO. First result of 77,000 means that the name would get a ton of exposure. This would also make it very very attractive to any company dealing with network capital.

I would say that you find an end user for this asap. Could fetch you mid x,xxx if the negotiations are carried out well. As for reseller, this is a low xxx to mid xxx name, more if the traffic rank given by whois holds out. Heck, I could pay you a couple of hundred for it right now...

edit: NetworkCapital.com and NetworkCapital.com.au seem to be large firms. But they show up as no. 3 and 4 in the search results, while your name is no.1. You might wanna contact them with this info...
