domain MSBands.com - Traffic as well

I have had the website http://www.MSbands.com for a couple years now.
I am looking to sell but wondering approximately what it is worth.

The domain itself is quite brandable.
MSbands = MySpace bands, Mississippi Bands. Ms.Bands.
Plenty of options.

The website receives 300-350 uniques a day.

January - 8500 Uniques
February - 8100 Uniques
This Month - 1300 Uniques.
There are very few blog posts and the website has a PR1. It was a PR3 when it was more active.
Most of the traffic comes from Google/Digg/Google Images.

I would have screenshots when I am ready to sell.
What would you appraise this domain at?

it all depends on how much you actually make from this traffic. By itself the domain is a decent brandable for the niches that you have listed. It seems you have done some of the dev work & it will be easier to profit from this domain.

I am current on developed domain values, but can say what you have done seems respectable. You might be able to make a nice chunk of change for a name like this.

I also think that you are better off pushing it as a Myspace band site, provided there are no TM issues. I am not sure on legalities w/ acronyms / abbreviations etc

put some adsense on there, would not take long.

or for fun I have text / banner exchanges in my sig , if you don't have adsense at least you could earn free advertising lol
