NetSol created by stupid idiots. My DNS-servers changed into ztomy.com

Just 10 minutes ago I found out that I didn't get CORPORATE mail on the domain I bought from NetworkSolutions. More than two weeks in a row I received letters from other mailboxes and as a result - only now found out that domains stand on a Parking and mail with private data is forwarded to unknown people.

I didn't receive any notifications, didn't receive any news that change of DNS servers will be carried out. They just changed without my notice.

Can you tell me if you had such a thing and how to cope with it?

Happened to me as well. My sites went down so I raised a ticket. They reversed it immediately but ignored rest of the complainant

I have reasons to believe their systems are not safe.

Do you know why?

Yes. Their servers are compromised/vulnerable and when it happens the nameservers randomly change to ztomy.com or something similar
