We registered 10 domains with them. Their service is horrible & very incompetent. We phoned our order in and it took them 7 days for them to register them for us. They charged our credit card and assured us that everything was done. Days went by and the names were still available and not registered. We contacted them several times, and were dealt with very rudely. They kept telling us that the names were registered, and that the whois information had not been updated. Finally after 7 days we sent an email to cancel and request a refund. We provided them proof from CIRA that the names were not registered. Within an hour we received the confirmation emails from CIRA โ (these were .ca's we purchased.) 7 days later they were registered. Totally unacceptable. Worst experience with a domain registrar to date.
