Needed - Someone who has designed a site on Poker Affiliate Solutions

Possibly a long shot. But I need a designer/developer who has built a site on Poker Affiliate Solutions.

This is a rakeback provider who provide templates, API etc to make building a site easy. I need someone to create the following for me, as well as uploading the site.

• Create the design template for all pages
• Add a couple of additional coded features (i'll provide the code). This will be an upload box, and a rakeback calc.
• Add a couple of extra flat pages
• Add Two RSS feeds
• An animated header. I'll provide the content.
• I would also be interested in possible forum integration.

I can provide a developer account so that the person has full access.

For what its worth, I think you just need normal HTML design skills and the ability to create a CSS stylesheet as the page template for this job.
