Site re-design needed

Hi

I need someone to do a redesign of this site for me: SharkRake - Get your rake back now at any online poker room

They will need to create a logo for the site and then use the admin panel to give the site a fresh look. The colours and all design elements are controlled using the control panel provided here:
Poker Affiliate Solutions - Rakeback Software, Poker CPA, Bankrolls

I will provide banners and the flash video that you see on the home page, I would be more than happy to employ someone who can create new flash video also though. This would be a bonus for sure.

Bonus points will also be given for someone who can install an rss news feed (auto updating), and a couple of scripts which I will provide.

This isn't a major piece of development here that needs to be strictly budgeted, its a basic piece of design work.

To be fair your looking for brand identity and web design, web development skills, some knowledge of a custom back-end and Flash skills.

I think its reasonable to ask for the budget.
