Designer with html, xhtml, stylesheet and basic php skills required

Hi

I need someone to build a site for me using the following backend: http://www.pokeraffiliatesolutions.com/

The above site is not mine, it is a provider whose backend allows the site to be built and hosted. There system handles almost all of the technical side and there is very little to do with regards to this.

I need the following:

• Create the design template which will be applied to all pages (see below for more info about this).*
  
• Add a couple of additional coded features (i'll provide the code). This will be an upload box and a rakeback calculator (php code).
  
• Add a couple of extra flat pages. This should be as simple as uploading formatted txt to the PAS control panel as far as I know.
  
• Add Two RSS feeds, i'll provide php code for this also.
  
• Add a xhtml slider to the header. I'll provide the code if needed, you will need to create the content for it. Maybe 6 slides in total.

*For the design template itself, I am likely to be able to provide a design template so there isn't going to be a huge amount to do with regards to that except some minor adjustments. I will have a coded version of this but likely you will need to code from the psd files to make it work with this site. However the basic template will be done already.

I will also provide a basic html version of the site. This isn't designed as such. But will provide a clear way of seeing the link structure, and the txt which need applying to the pages.

There will be a small degree of ongoing work with this job. I will want someone who can make minor changes in the future within a reasonable timescale, and at a fixed per hour cost which we will agree.

Please only bid on this of you are 100% sure you can do it, and that it can be delivered quickly.

Can I suggest that potential bidders get a free account at http://www.pokeraffiliatesolutions.com/ so they can see how their system works before coming back with a price, timescale ect. I imagine it will be simple. Even my very limited coding and design skills are enough to make a basic site there, and make minor changes etc.

To be honest this is much more of a job for a designer with some coding skills than a coder with design skills. Which is what your website, response etc suggest.
