Need Video Sharing on my site - Help

Wanted, Single page view and upload for videos. Kind of like a youtube script but I want it all on one page with the upload at the top right and the videos that are uploaded to be viewed in a youtube style way. Already have existing html site , existing banner must be at the top of the page.
