Need to find cheapest registrar for 1000 domains!

Hi everyone,

I need to transfer 1000 domains, I am currently with onlinenic who charge 6.67 for bulk registration, I saw that godaddy has a promotion charging 1.99 per domain (unlimited) with the purchase of a non-domain product.

can anyone help in finding a legitimate bulk wholesale registrar or promotion with out the catches? Yahoo has 2.99 per name but only allows 1 per customer.

You would prob. be better off contacting the registrars which you like and trust and ask them directly for a deal, I'm sure most would offer you a custom price for that amount of names.

Anything below $6.70 or so is below cost for the domain (don't forget about credit card fees etc the companies are charged etc).

If you're getting names below cost, you need to ask yourself 'why'.

Top registrar for bulk names in my opinion is fabulous.com, no others compete with them in my eyes. Good domain management backend, at cost names, high security, 24/7 support etc.
