Need someone to develope Imagehosting site

My idea is to have someone develope www.imagebed.com for me. I just don't have the time...

I already have an idea of exactly what I would like but as I said... no time to do it..

So, If there is a skilled developer here that can develope this site for me I will give you 40% of the sites earnings for the next 18 months....

I will be glad to negotiate on this. I am flexible and I do want to be fair. I just cannot afford to hire someone outright and I think this could work out...

The site that is up now is something I threw together in about 15 minutes just to have something up. Even with the poor quality of the site there now it is still bringing in a small amount of revenue and it does attract a decent amount of traffic.

After the completion of this project I will start promoting it etc.....

This could be a pretty decent oppurtunity for someone I think...

This is a very easy site to deveope really. The script is there. You can slap it into dreamweaver and geez... we are talking maybe 3 or 4 hours for a pro...

Can anyone offer some feedback on this offer????? I think it is a pretty good deal myself....

I do not think that your site's revenue in the next few years will be enough to pay for the time skilled programmer will spend developing the site.. I would say go with CMS turnkeys

Well, the guy that I have waited for to do this just backed out on me without ever even touching the site....

If someone is interested in doing this and not just to grab the script let me know....... seriously interested people only....

Rich the problem is any one can get a free upload image site script from anywhere and change the design, thus getting 100% of the add revenue. Aswell as that people don't know if you can be trusted or if you are lieing with the revenue allready created, if you had allready got ad money why wouldn't you be willing to spend some? Good luck with it but I think you will end up doing it yourself.

No offence but I am looking for help developing this site and all I am getting is posts telling me why it wont work. I am not interested in hearing why it won't work etc.

Actually I have had many people respond. I am just looking for the right person. As for the script being free.... the script I am using is paid script and it is hosted by me and it is on a great domain imagebed.com....

From this point on I would really appreciate only posts interested in the offer and not posts telling me why it wont work etc...
