(this is my first atempt at an ad based site. I belive I need to have the site developed with content, then apply to be accepted? Is that correct? it could be for adsense or Yahoo, whichever has easier rules and pays more.)

Well basicly i havent done any adsense sites yet, but it's not very different than making real websites, another site i made is www.optsite.info , all the pages is not done yet but it's nice.
