59 domains "free" to develope

Well, my idea its simple:
I have a list of domains that i want to develope.
As this is not my main activity and i purchased some of them as an investment for the future, i want to find some intrested partner willing to develope them.
I am offering different ideas according to the developement plans
but basicaly will be to share revenues and domain sale incomes in the future.
I am offering 70/30, 60/40 and 50/50 % accroding to developement plans for each of them

I have the domains and i know that some intrested partner will be able to make money with them.

Hi, I'm new here but like what I see with only a few mins of looking.
germany06.be would be nice to be part of. '.be' is the Belgium location so you want to do sth quick cos worldcup is only a few months away. I didn't look now but are they in the worldcup? Also dictionarysms could be a mover if it's multiple language!!!
