Hi, I need somebody to design a site and install features, like chat, forums, hot or not, games and other things. I want to build up a pretty cool site with loads of features for members.

I will be willing to pay good money to aybody who can help me out and give me some ideas of their own aswel.

An example of something I would like is - http://www.funky.co.uk/ (but not student related)

Now I know that will take some time and cost money, but I am serious about all this.

As you can see my knowledge will only get so far - www.videogeezer.com

I am also wondering if I would have to get staff on the site? If so how much would this cost?

And will I be able to create content once it is all done?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place and thank you in advance. I will keep checking back.

If you are going to spend good money, why not buy an already established site with PR and good content?

Thats what I would do.

I am open to all options, whatever works out cheaper sounds best though. I have PR4 on it at the moment and I am sure it would get built up.

I am new to this game so any advice is welcome.
