I spoke with Robert O'Neill a while back, who claimed to be the new RF VP, and said that he would transfer 7 of my domains which were wrongfully under their control back to me. This was months ago, and he has been ignoring my e-mails now.

He informed me of 3 monitored RF e-mail addresses, 2 of which are his personal addresses, and page him when he gets an e-mail. He asked me not to share these with anyone, but he's stolen $15,000/yr of revenue from me and won't take 5 minutes to give it back, so why should I honor his request?

[email protected] - Monitored by multiple individuals including Robert O'Neill himself

[email protected] - One of robert's personal e-mail addresses, pages him when he receives an e-mail at it

[email protected] - Another of Robert's e-mail addresses, also pages him when he receives an e-mail.

Maybe you'll be lucky and get some help where I couldn't.

In my view, if you are losing that much revenue, why mess around with email ... instead hire an attorney asap, who specializes in domain issues, to negotiate the return of your domains.

Because unfortunately, being a 22 year old who just lost a large portion of his income, this isn't financially viable.

If you were / could earn $15K per year from those domains, then it seems to me that borrowing some money upto say $3K (likely cost even less) would be worthwhile to recover them.

Perhaps you can apply for a credit card or two and use those to take out some cash advances to cover the expense; sell some stuff on Ebay, Craigslist, etc.

The amount of money (possibly little as $1K) to get an attorney involved is relatively nominal compared to the rewards in your situation ($15K per year potential earnings) ... could make all the difference - it's amazing how fast companies often respond when an attorney gets involved; threat of legal action, etc.
