advice Fake (?) offer via Bodis

Hello, guys.Happy 2017. Let's go. I received a mid $xxx offer via bodis inquiry form. I answered positively, to this e-mail, but no asnwer yet. Yesterday, i send him an e-mail asking if he really is interested and proceed to transaction, but no answer too.
Do you have any similar experience?Does anyone has fake offers from bodis?I wonder if i am the only one or it has happened to others. Of course, i want to advice me about this situation. Thank you.

Usually flip-flop user, undecided developer or sometimes an ex-owner or a similer domain owner, really hard to filter them from keen buyer.

It is really irritating that some people make an inquiry and then disappearing.Really irritating.

I won't call it fake. I have many domains at Uniregistry receiving inquiry. But when I quote a price they don't reply. It is frustrating. May be their budget is low.

If the IP is from a country known for spam, like India, don't bother responding. They have been harvesting emails this way for months. You can check the IP location here... https://www.melissadata.com/lookups/iplocation.asp

Come on.. 1 out of 10 inquiries answer you after the first email. That number do not change significantly at any platform.

I've received four fake offers in the past week through different platforms. It's pretty lame.
