I just received the following email along with 3 very official looking documents attached. It is about my domain, Lira[.]tv. They provided the translation. Here's the email, w/out the 3 docs...

Just wondering what people make of this. Serious inquiry? Are they asking me to just hand it over to them? What is a "bootstrap" domain?

I googled the organizattion mentioned and didn't turn up much. There is something at www.corruption.su but I'm not sure what it is.

Anyone ever get anything like this?

I think that they just want to get your name and there is no any TM issue.
Just write them back with your price.

Not exactly sure what they are trying to say, but it does kind of look like they are wanting you to give it up. There would be no issues with this domain, so I would say either ignore them if you're not wanting to sell, or if so, thank them for their enquiry & tell them it's available for purchase at an acceptable price.
