About 6 weeks ago I picked up a domain from snapnames and the domain is registered with Domain.com. I sold that domain a couple weeks later but I ran into a problem trying to push the domain to another Domain.com account (the new owners).
The problem is I cannot select the domain to do anything with it and I get this message.
Our records indicate that this domain is not manageable through DomainCentral:
• If you have registered this domain through another provider and would like to transfer your domain to Domain.com, please click on the Domain Transfer Overview link below on how to proceed.
Now the real problem I have is with Domain.com support which is absolutly ridiculous.
On Jan 7th I submitted a ticket to their support system and got my first reply Jan 16th saying work in progress. On Jan 20th I got this message.

Could please let us know the new account where you wish to move the domain name?
Please update the Support Console with the requested information, so that we can assist you further.

So I replyed with the new owners account number and nothing the domain is still in my account and I still can't select it. They also now have the problem listed as resolved WTF.
