Domain.com sucks!

I bought domains with Domain.com from their Facebook like offer (BUYORG) and after I registered the domains. They cut money from my Paypal account and the domains appears to be unregistered in whois.

Domain.com support not responding (via Facebook, ticket system). I am waiting for 11 hours now.

I'll never buy domain names again from Domain.com

strange. I also registered a few domains using their offer and had no problems

Just for info. I have registered several domains with them and never had any issue. Also their support is similar to most supports out there, ie. they respond within a 24h period

I make a Paypal claim for a refund.

I send a complaint to ICANN.

now I don't have any problems with this registrar.

There registration process is wierd.
If you want to create login you have to buy a domain. Once you buy and complete registration they suspend your account for verification. Mostly they send a mail for verification. But i have noticed that many people have not received any registration mail and instead got refund. This process sucks and they should change it for more clients.

Other way is to call them and create a account through support.
