Hi, everyone. Today I tried to log in to my Domain.com account and got an error message about an issue with my account and asking me to contact their support center.

I made the phone call and I was told my account had been suspended for something like "suspicious domain registering".

Has anyone had a similar issue? Any clue about why I may have been considered "suspicious" and how to solve it? I've been told I'd be contacted in the future (maybe 24-48h) and that's all. My domains are gone by the moment.

Any advice or similar experience would be much welcome. Thanks!

Just received a mail from the compliance team asking for an id document to prove I'm the account owner.

I'll keep the thread updated with any news. If anyone else has gone through a similar situtation, I'd be very thankful to read about the experience.

I bought around 50 dotnet's when the dotnet's buyout was happening. They cancelled my dotnets without any explanation. Someone grabbed them within a span of 6 hours.

My badluck.

Oh,oh. I got several dotnet's too, about a dozen or so, and then this week about 20 or 30 dotcom's, all of them at $3.99 offer price. But it was their own offer, the price they were providing, with no additional discount coupon.

I hope there's no problem about buying on their own offer.

Apparently I got to prove I'm the owner of the account so it's gone back to life. I hope there's no further issue and I can keep my domains. The support team was very kind, but I didn't like going through this experience anyway.

No details about what was 'suspicious' in my account, by the way.
