Need help to come up with an optimized title

Hello,

Could anyone tell me as to how I can come up with an optimized title ?

I have seen this on a few sites "Keyword1 | Keyword2 | Keyword3 | Keyword4 | etc". Is it a good idea ?

What should be the ideal title length ?

Better to keep the 3 to 6 words in title.

Don't use too many keywords in title of sub-pages or post pages, but include all the keywords for home page
