Need Help Selling 2012candidates.com to end user

Hello I am looking to sell this domain to an end user. I am fairly new to domaining and have only made one sale in which i did fairly well but was lied to in the process. Any helpful hints or do you know anyone that helps people sell domains.

the best advice I can give is to read the forum here and learn as much as possible.

There are some brokers around that can help you sell your domain, but I've never used one and wouldn't know who to recommend.

type the term into google and start to contact whoever shows up for the first ten or so pages .....better get started

This is why i never reg a 'year/domain' good luck you never know until you try

If those guys are already showing up on the Top 10 of Google search for those terms using their own domains, they probably don't need this domain anymore.

Like i said that's why not to reg this type of domain ....limited usage
