NEED designer to make 4x6 flyer 300DPI psd in layers

I have posted many times and still havent found anyone that can meet all my needs.

I need a graphic designer to do flyers and banners on a weekly basis.

YOU NEED TO PROVIDE ALL ARTWORK AND GRAPHICS.

I will provide past samples so you can see what the look and feel needs to be.

Graphics need to be delivered in 300 DPI PSD in layers, raw native file and a jpg.

I want to be able to give you the date and theme info and have you create the flyer.
